Off - Birthday

Mark in your calendar your “off-birthday” which is exactly 6 months after your birthday and use the date to look retrospectively about how your half year has gone, what when right/wrong and if you need to do some changes in your life

Fear Journal

Write down ideas of when you are in fear e.g if I do X then Y will happen, then figure out if the prediction was true or not. If you look back, most of the predictions will be wrong or exagerated.

Death Meditation

Take time to think about the fact that someday, you'll pass away. It's not meant to be scary, but rather a way to help you appreciate life more. You reflect on how everything is temporary, like possessions and relationships. This can make you reevaluate what's really important in your life. See Steve Job’s Stanford’s speech
